Coniferous and flower honey is the pine honey produced in spring. It is clearer than pine honey produced in autumn and is thinner. Its taste is unique since the bees collect pollen from the pines but also from the flowers.
Coniferous and flower honey sweetens relatively slowly. It is honey of high nutritional value due to the substances it contains such as minerals and trace elements (calcium, magnesium, zinc, iron, copper, etc.)
